Haven't received a shipping confirmation yet?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before they ship. If it's been longer than that, email us at support@meloraofficial.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

Tracking link not updating?
This can happen in the first 24–48 hours after your order ships while the carrier scans it into their system. If it's been longer with no movement, reach out and we'll investigate.
